One fine afternoon I was sitting by Trafalgar square, London and noticed a large number of people (ranging from as young as 3yrs to 85yrs) throwing coins into the fountain and making wishes(the belief being that every coin released into the fountain gives you the chance to make a wish with the hope that it will come true). A thought came to me at the same moment that people in the world of today are so wrapped up in attaining material trappings, and need to take a step back and realise helping someone in need is the way forward.
That is when this idea struck me to create a website that would allow people to bring out the best of themselves and channel their positive energy to help the world. A Website which will allow people to make a wish online and also to be able to browse wishes made by others, giving them the opportunity to make someone's wish come true.
So here is an endeavour, wishforyou.co.uk, a website which gives you the power to be in a position of either wishing for something that would bring some happiness and hope or simply granting this for others! Its a try to bring people together and forge good will and positive thoughts and attitudes. If we take our attitudes away from self-gain and channel it towards helping each other, surely we can improve society for the better and create a more caring world in the process. We want to bring back the love.
