I could take my two boys on holidayMember: leabrown83I am a single mum, managing on benefits but I really wish I had enough money to take my two boys away for an activity holiday somewhere. Not even abroad. North Scotland would be perfect. They don't get much and have never been anywhere away from home. I feel so sad when it comes to school holidays as their friends from school get excited about their holidays and I know there is no way in the world I could afford to take them anywhere unless I had help from somewhere. They would apprieciate it so much and I know they would love and cheris the memories forever. Imy boys are 10yrs and 7yrs old, they are so well behaved especially for me being a young mum at 26, I am always complemented on their behaviour and how well I have brought them up. They deserve a break and so do I. if someone could help I would be forever gratefull.

I could afford to driving lessonsMember: xkelz22xI wish someone could pay or arrange for driving lessons. I am a single mum and have a little girl who is 2 years old. It is quite hard getting around as we live in a deprived and rough area with nothing to do. If i could drive, it would open up much more opportunities for us and one day i could start my own business. I want to give my daughter the best start in life and be a good role model for her. my name is lisa im 32 i have 6 children and my 7th is due in january .I always wanted a big familiy as i grew up in care as a child and was really lonley.we are a really happy family and we are looking for a way out from where we live my partner works really hard but we dont have any other family its just us we want to move to the country side and have a nice house to make into a home .Our landlord isnt the best and the council estates round here are really rough and finding someone to rent a home out to a family with lots of children seems bleak, we are really nice people and just want a chance to have a large secure home to live in .I know this is a long shot but maybe someone out there could help us we dont want handouts just a chance to start a better life xxx -
For Money To Move Member: CBETTSI wish to move to Georgia, I live in New York in Public Housing. I want a new start with my children with my son and grand-daughter. It is not a SAFE place to live. to take my disabled daughter to Disneyland ParisMember: kjcremMy daughter Tru was diagnosed with Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome (only half a heart) at birth (23rd Feb 2007). She has had two open heart operations then on December 1st 2008 Tru had two Strokes, Tru has recovered really well she still has a right side weakness but is normal other wise. On the 25th September 2009 Tru went in to heart failier, after drug treatment in hospital Tru is still doing well. On the 5th of October 2009 (yesterday) after an Echo, Tru was diagnosed as having a clot in her heart, due to her heart being in failier there can be no operation as Tru would not servive, We were planing to take Tru to Disneyland Paris for her third birthday( she really loves Mickey Mouse) in Febuary but due to this news we feel sooner rather than later would be better. We can not afford to bring it forward on our own. So if you could grant my wish or just help towards it , I would be really greatfull.

I've recently set up my own business and everything was going so well! But being a lone parent with no support times are sometimes trying! I simply can't split myself in 3 and be in so many places at once!
The final piece to getting my business up and running is a car! As I need to travel to various locations as well as do the school run etc etc
Would be amazing to have a car bought for me but I've never taken anything from any1 and insist on doing things for myself and my family!
What I am wishing for is some advice on a way to get a car on for example finance.... with havin a poor credit history and with some1 that does not charge ridiculous interest rates! I cannot get a loan for the 1st year on my business account and I think I have tried everything else! Please help! -

for financial reliefMember: btaylorwe are grandparents raising 2 of our grandchildrens. We are near 15,000 in debt and that does not include our home are my car.I am stressed and it is important that i make this happen for my family. Our home is in great need of repairs.The roof needs replacing. We had a leak a few months back and it soaked our carpet in the hallway,which now smells musky.There are so many repairs needed around here and we don't know what to do.I would love to get out from under my car note and get a $5-6000 dallar blazier S10,it would be more roomy for us than the Equinox but i still owe $14,000 on it.I don't mind downsizing the home are car but i don't know how to do it all.I just wish sometimes i could take what i know now and start completely over.I am depressed and stressed and i need a miracle, hope, a chance for relief.I got to know miracles do happen.I am making myself sick hoping everyday.

However all she ever wanted was for us to get married, unfortunately the house we live in was in so much of a mess that it has drained us of all resources available to us , and left us in so much debt that its really taking its toll on our love and our relationship, not to mention what it must be doing to our kids.
Although we both look at what we have and remind ourselves that there are people much worse off than we are it nevertheless doesnt make me feel any better that i cannot grant her the one thing in life she wants and most definatley deserves.. it hurts, and i cannot help but feel im letting her and my kids down by not doing the right thing.
I lost my job 7 months ago and with little of anything atm , im in no position to do anything but sit and remind myself what i should have and shouldnt have done over those 10 years that would have made a difference.
We live and learn i keep reminding myself it can only get better, but there is no light at the end of this tunnel im afraid, ive asked through prayers , ive kept beleiving that the day would come , and yet , again 10 years later to this day....nothing.. .ive let her down ,
i just wish , that i was in a position to make her dreams come true :(

This is a long shot, but I am desperate, My mum is being made homeless due to having a dodgy landlord who has now skipped out on all responsibilities and the bank is repossessing the home she is living in. My mum understands the bank need their property back but she has no where to go and the council wont help her as she is not deemed as an at risk or vulnerable individual.
This is a bad situation, my mum has also been without running hot water for 2 years and so she WANTS to move out but she has nowhere to go, sheand is now lost her job on JSA and we have no savings to put down for deposit and rent for a property, also many dont want people on benefits. We are not a lazy family we are trying our best to make our situation better we have been everywhere for advice and help, Citizens advice, Local Council, MP's. No one can help us.
The story is the old landlord did not have the right to let the property but he did anyway, for a couple years, then he sold the property and didnt tell my mum and disappeared with the rent she was still paying into his account and with her deposit. The new landlord has also disappeared seeing the issues and now no one can find the landlords and hold them accountable, so my mum is left in the middle and being threatened with homelessness very very soon.
We need one of two things, either £3,000 to put down for deposit and rent and/or a landlord that will accept a family TEMPORARILY on benefits. I am trying my hardest to raise the cash but I dont start a job until end of October and we are appearing in court again in October, my mum has been looking for work but she is finding it hard to find any, we are so depressed and can't sleep at night through worrying so much. We just need a break. Sonmetimes we dont even have anough food to eat simply because the benefits we are on just is not enough when we are running up phone bills trying to get help.
PLEASE can someone help us, we would even be happy to pay the money back, we dont have any loans and are not eligible for a low interest loan.
My mum needs somewhere in North or South London with a garden and ground floor and 2 bedrooms. Somewhere she can stay for many years and look after it as her own, we are GOOD PEOPLE, GOOD MORALS and we take pride in what we have, we would be good tenants and prior to this had a good 10year renting history with one landlord in the same property, but they were leaving the country and had to sell the house.
Please, someone help us we dont have long and have been trying to help ourselves for 18months with no joy.

i could take my young family on holidayMember: craigi have worked hard since leaving school in the retail and constrution industries.in sept 08 i was told i had a few things wrong with my back,since then i have had very limited mobility and my young family have had to look after me,where as before i looked after them,we have had a lot to deal with over the years like many other family,but i have never had the oppertunitie to take my family away,the extra money was just never there,now because my with had to give up work to care for me, i dont think we ever will.it would be a dream come true to tell them that we where going away even for a few days.they all ahve losts there dad and husband.it would be very special.thankyou for reading my wish.x.

i could get some sleepMember: Soar2Since splitting up with my partner i find it impossible to get to sleep at night. I can bare the fact that my daughter is not in the next room and miss her like nothing else. I've asked my doctor but he suggested sleeping pills which i can't get on with. for outdoor play equipment-motorised cars,slides,toys,Member: tyleri am making my wish for my 4 year old son,he has duchenne muscular dystrophy,which is a life limiting illness,at the moment he can walk and still play in the garden,by the time he is 8 his muscles will stop working and make him wheel chair bound,i have 4 other children so money is very short,if anybody has any outdoor play equipment like motorised ride ons,slides,bikes,and a trampoline,it would be great just to try and keep his muscles goin longer before they give up working,thanks for taking time to read this,kind regards xxxxxxxxx

a computer that worksMember: foreverfriendscut off from the outside world - sick and with son now being diagnosed with aspergers & severe problems - because of long delay in diagnosing him I had to give up work and having paid £100 for another computer at a charity shop it cannot be fixed. I wish for a computer that works - that my son will be able to use the computer and to make a social life. I need a computer when days are bad and with the approaching diagnosis on my health. This is a need because my son can only socialise on the computer and as my illness progresses i remain depressed and isolatedl. If you should have a computer you do not need it would be a wish come true. to move into my homeMember: redchick08i am a single mother of 3 children, i left my ex-partner 2 years ago, he was violent physical and mentally to me and my family. i had to leave the family home and left everything i had as that was the only way i could escape. after a lot of counselling and help we are finally getting over this. we live with my mother but have got to move out as she is moving to smaller accomodation. i have recently got a house but have yet been unable to move in as we have very little furniture. i dont work at the moment because i had depression etc due to what happened to me, also i like to be around for the children as they are very clingy due to what they have been through. i just want to be in my house with my children so we can have our own space and home. anything is welcome and would be greatly appreciated, by myself and children. can you make my wish come true? thanks for taking the time to read this.
